Delete your KajaApp account

You can delete your KajaApp account and data directly from the mobile app in a few steps.

How to delete your account

    Open the KajaApp app on your phone and sign in.

  2. 2

    Go to your Profile, in the bottom or top corner of the main menu.

  3. 3

    Select the "Delete account" option.

  4. 4

    Confirm the deletion when the app prompts you.

What data gets deleted

When you confirm deletion, the following is permanently removed:

  • Your user profile and access credentials.
  • The sales history tied to your account.
  • Your product catalog and inventory you set up.
  • Preferences and contact information saved in the app.

Deletion timeline

Your data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days from the moment you confirm the request. During that period, your account remains deactivated with no access.
