Data We Collect

We collect account and profile information you provide when signing up: name, email address, phone number and business data (trade name, address, business category).

We also process the operational data you generate while using the App: product catalog, prices, inventory, sales, receipts and your team's users (cashiers).

We automatically collect technical and usage information, such as device type, operating system, app identifiers and interactions within the App, for service improvement and support purposes.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to operate KajaApp: process your sales, sync your inventory, generate reports, manage your subscription and provide technical support.

We also use aggregated and anonymized usage data to improve App performance, detect errors and develop new features. We do not use your data for third-party advertising purposes.

Storage and Security

Your data is stored encrypted on servers with restricted access controls. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.

Despite our efforts, no system is completely infallible. If we detect a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable regulations.

Third Parties and Data Processors

We share limited information with providers that help us operate the service: payment processing and invoicing through App Store and Google Play, cloud infrastructure for storage, and technical support tools.

These providers only access the data necessary to provide their service and are subject to confidentiality obligations. KajaApp does not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct or update your personal data from your profile within the App. You can also request a copy of the information tied to your account by writing to soporte@e4code.com.

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by following the procedure described on our Delete Account page, or by contacting our support team directly.

Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account remains active. When you request account deletion, your data is permanently deleted from our systems within a maximum of 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, accounting or tax records).

Children's Privacy

KajaApp is not directed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us to have it deleted.

International Transfers

Your data may be stored or processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including cloud infrastructure providers with international presence. In these cases, we apply reasonable contractual and technical safeguards to protect your information.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the App, applicable regulations, or our data handling practices. Substantial changes will be notified within the App or on this page with a visible update date.

Continued use of KajaApp after changes are published implies acceptance of the updated version of this Policy.
